The ring is currently not an interactable thing.
It is simply decorative.
It has no function as a portal.
Who cares if I don't know what apocalypse means, it's not like it's the end of the world.

I'm saying it isn't a portal at all.
It is just a decorative ring of blocks.
It has no function, it can't be activated in any way.
